In light of the Minnesota bridge collapse, I am a single mother that saw the devastation. After playing several different scenarios in my mind, I am looking at developing a Family Underwater Communications Rescue Kit. I am looking for the following areas of expertise, film/also underwater film - dive instruction for emergency also spare air and pony tank instruction - rescue life boat sales (someone who can get an excellent deal on mass production when sales begins)and communications for local phone access companies that would be willing to deal with an emergency training video as well - USCG approved emergency hand held communications devices someone who can also get excellent deals on mass production of these when sales begins.
